My wife and I got back from vacation and our house was just above freezing. I tried calling one of Haley's competitors, the company that normally does our maintenance, and they said that I was number 20 in line, even for the emergency line! I ended up calling Haley and they had a guy named John come out WITHIN THE HOUR. He was professional and got us started. The next day a guy named Corey came by and was super helpful in identifying and they helping us get through the issue. The price was reasonable when you consider that I was utilizing emergency services. I'm a fan.

Josh serviced both of our gas fireplaces. He was prompt, polite, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. He found a problem that the serviceman for our furnace missed. Next year Haley and Josh will service our furnace and fireplace.

Cory was very professional. He explained that the filters I was using had caused problems with pressure backup. He offered me some Haley filters at a very reasonable price and had them delivered while he was there. He found a hornets nest in the AC cooling drain. He cleaned it out and explained that he has seen these cause problems if left unattended.

I was VERY impressed with Haley's. I asked for an estimate for an central AC installation, and worked with Bob Speedling as Project Manager. I felt Bob was fair, knowledgeable, and if he didn't know the answer to a question I had, he called the office right away for the answer instead of saying, "I'll have to get back to you on that". I appreciated that level of service since I've never had an AC unit and A-Coil installed before.Tyler and Wyatt were the installers, and they were punctual, professional, and very courteous, (and nice to my pets!). Tory described in detail what he found, and options for proceeding for solution of technical issues. In the future I would be happy for Tory to return to service our AC system.

I had a wood burning fireplace installed at my house and it went off without a hitch! It was an absolutely perfect job. Troy and Moses were exceptionally patient and took pride in what they were doing and it really showed. They both were very professional and it was completely enjoyable to be around them. They made this daunting project look easy with their skills, and I know it wasn’t. Overall, Troy and Moses did a bang up job and I recommend them to all.

Today, I had Tory as my service technician, and I can't say enough good things about him. Tory walked me through what steps he was going to do, let me know about a repair I should make, and let me know all of the options associated with the repair. When the repair concluded, Tory gave me a recommendation for a future service I will consider. There was no pressure, only imparting knowledge. Tory H of Haley spent several hours on inspection and preventive maintenance on two air conditioning systems at my home today. Tory did a thorough and expert job. Tory described in detail what he found, and options for proceeding for solution of technical issues. In the future I would be happy for Tory to return to service our AC system.

I had a wood burning fireplace installed at my house and it went off without a hitch! It was an absolutely perfect job. Troy and Moses were exceptionally patient and took pride in what they were doing and it really showed. They both were very professional and it was completely enjoyable to be around them. They made this daunting project look easy with their skills, and I know it wasn’t. Overall, Troy and Moses did a bang up job and I recommend them to all.

Tory did a great job. Because of the pandemic I asked Tory to wear a mask which he he did very politely. Thank you I appreciate that. Also just before he finished. The electric went out he was able to complete the job as he had back up light. We needed a blue light bulb changed which was unexpected but was able to, due to supplies in the truck. Polite and professional.

I've been a customer of Haley Comfort since moving to Rochester five years ago. They have provided top-notch, professional service on everything HVAC, AC, and fireplace. Today, I had Tory as my service technician, and I can't say enough good things about him. Tory walked me through what steps he was going to do, let me know about a repair I should make, and let me know all of the options associated with the repair. When the repair concluded, Tory gave me a recommendation for a future service I will consider. There was no pressure, only imparting knowledge. If you are looking for a company to help you with HVAC, AC, or fireplace maintenance or repairs, I would heartily recommend Haley.

Aaron and Tory performed a yearly maintenance inspection and cleaning on our mini split A/C units. They were articulate in the work performed, always willing to answer any questions we had regarding the A/C. They were extremely professional in all the tasks that were required. Fast, excellent service from the entire Haley Comfort team. They were great answering my questions when I first called, to their diagnosis, to the final installation. They made the heavy cost of something like a furnace replacement much easier. Nathan and Wyatt did a wonderful job working hard today installing our furnace and honestly it looks so much better than it did before. I truly appreciate the entire Haley's team.
