Oktoberfest for Suicide Prevention
6th Annual Oktoberfest for Suicide Prevention
Saturday, October 3, 2026 | Noon to 8 PM
Hosted at Haley Comfort Systems, Active PT,
Purple Goat & Chip Shots
Join us for our 6th Annual Oktoberfest for Suicide Prevention, a day filled with live music, games, food, drinks, raffles, community, and hope.
What started as a way to bring people together for an important cause has grown into one of the most meaningful events of the year. Over the past five years, this event has raised more than half a million dollars for suicide prevention organizations. Last year alone, thanks to the incredible support of our community and local businesses, we raised over $164,000.
This year, we are ready to make an even bigger impact, but we need the community’s help to make it happen.
Mark your calendar, bring your family and friends, and help us spread the word.

If you have attended the event in the past, you know how touching this part of the day can be.
Many families choose to donate a basket in memory of someone they love who battled mental health challenges or was lost to suicide. These baskets often include a photo, a short write-up, favorite memories, or items that represent the person being honored.
It is a beautiful way to remember them and share a piece of who they were with the community.
Raffle prizes can be dropped off at Haley Comfort Systems during normal business hours.
Make a Financial Donation
Every dollar helps support suicide prevention organizations and mental health resources that make a real difference for individuals and families.

Why We Do This
This event is deeply personal to the Haley family. We lost a family member and fellow employee in 2007 to suicide. It forever left a mark on many of us who continue to work here at Haley’s. Active PT, Chip Shots and Purple Goat have shared experiences with family and friends that have struggled with mental health and/or suicide. The shirts we wear that day remember our loved ones who have been lost to suicide.
Suicide prevention and mental health awareness are causes that mean a great deal to our family, our team, and so many people in our community. Every year, we are reminded just how many families have been touched by suicide, mental health challenges, grief, and loss.
Oktoberfest gives us a way to turn that pain into purpose.
It is a day where people can come together, honor loved ones, support important organizations, and create a visible reminder that help, hope, and community matter.
For all of us, this event has become one of the most meaningful things we do each year. We are incredibly grateful for every person who shows up, donates, volunteers, sponsors, shares the event, buys raffle tickets, or simply helps make someone feel less alone.
Stronger Together
This event would not be possible without the incredible partnership and team members of:
Each of these teams has stepped up year after year with their time, energy, resources, and heart to help make Oktoberfest successful. Their commitment has helped grow this event into something bigger than any one business or family.
Together, we are working to make an even greater impact for suicide prevention and mental health awareness.
This year, our goal is simple: make it our biggest and best year yet.
But to do that, we need the full support of the community.
