Haley Comfort Systems and Bryant Heating & Cooling Systems Team Up to Honor a Community Hero with a Free Bryant High-Efficiency Gas Furnace
Hastings, MN — Haley Comfort Systems, a heating and cooling contractor, and Bryant Heating & Cooling Systems teamed up to honor a local Community Hero who does “whatever it takes” to make a positive impact in their community. This Hero demonstrates how a person with passion and determination can use their time and energy to make a difference in the lives of others.

We are pleased to announce that Terri Farrell has been named the second winner of the 2015 Bryant Community Hero award in our area! To show our appreciation, Terri received a new Bryant high-efficiency gas furnace for her home, which was installed by Haley Comfort Systems on Wednesday, December 30th, 2015. Terri was nominated by Carol Landon. In her nomination, Carol said Terri has been an inspiration to all. Terri is a widow raising 3 children and has gone through many trials and tribulations in the last 10 years. Terri went through breast cancer 10 years ago and stayed strong all the time. Shortly after her illness, she lost her husband Joe (a firefighter) to pancreatic cancer. Joe was only 40 years old, leaving her to raise 3 sons. Since Joe’s death, Terri has done an excellent job raising the boys. Landon, her oldest son, is a hockey player and attends St. Mary’s College; Mike graduated from high school and is attending RCTC, and Jack is a sophomore in high school. Terri always puts her family first, still finding time to do fundraising for Join the Journey, raising $25,000 two years in a row in donations. She also volunteers at the Youth Hockey Program. Terri has done an excellent job keeping the family strong and still finds time to donate her talents to other organizations.
