Had a 49-year-old GE furnace torn out by Haley Comfort and replaced with a new furnace, installed by Jake and his helper, Peyton. They started at 8:30 and were completely done and cleaned up by 1 p.m. What a smooth and beautiful job was done. Great people, great knowledge, and great work ethic. This is the second time we’ve worked with Haley. They installed a new central air conditioning unit in July of 2012, and that’s why we went with them again. Sales rep Peter was outstanding also. I worked with Pete, who was great. He was knowledgeable, patient, and applied no pressure. After seeing the current setup and listening to what I was hoping to achieve, he very quickly came up with a plan and had the estimate ready within minutes. After considering alternatives, I went with Haley's plan. The demolition process ran into a kink with some mold in the chimney chase. No fret! Within a few days, Haley found a reputable contractor who was able to remove and rebuild the chase within a week! Ultimately, the project was only delayed by a week and turned out great! Looks much better than the "old." Highly recommend.
