“We called Haley Comfort because our new gas fireplace wouldn’t lite this morning. We called at about 1:00 pm and we had someone at our house by 2:30. Josh and his partner came in, removed their shoes and got to work. They explained that there was air in the gas line and explained how when you start the fireplace up for the first time it happens. They educated us as to what to do next time. They then put a blanket down on the floor and pulled the screen and glass off the fireplace. They cleaned the glass. They added some additional smoldering embers and changed the batteries in the remote. These men were very courteous, professional and prompt.
