The Harman Oakwood Cast Iron Wood Stove integrates intricate detail, superb craftsmanship, and exceptional performance. Precision castings give the Oakwood a unique aesthetic appearance and are designed so accurately that gaskets are used (instead of furnace cement) for assembly. Harman’s special FireDome Non-Catalytic Combustion System is used for clean burning and even heat output. This technology provides a stable heat level throughout your home over a longer period of time without the peaks and valleys of other wood stoves. The FireDome meets Harman’s high standards for efficiency while saving you the expense associated with catalytic stoves. It’s easier to load wood from the top, and top-loading means the Oakwood can hold more wood than other stoves of the same size. The Oakwood can hold more than 40 pounds of cordwood on a three-inch charcoal bed, delivering up to 12 to 16 hours of burn time. Specially coated glass and the exclusive Harman air wash system keep the expansive glass door clean so you can enjoy the view of the fire. An easy-access ash door makes it possible to remove ashes in the ash pan while the stove is in operation. Our most popular Oakwood option is its cooking grill.
