Heat Your Home with Wood Pellets
Some of the advantages of wood pellets are that they are environmentally friendly, extremely clean burning, and cost-effective. Wood by-products (such as sawdust, wood chips, and other wood waste products) are run through a machine that makes pellets that measure about ¼ by ¾. Pellets are packaged in 40-pound bags and sold at different prices, depending on quality and ash content.

The P43 Advantage
No matter what grade of pellet you purchase, the P43 will burn it at maximum efficiency to keep your home at optimum temperature. Clean and efficient, the P43 also is automatic. When it senses the temperature dropping, the P43 lights its own fire and burns at the right flame level to maintain the desired room temperature. When outside temperatures rise, warming the inside air, the P43 automatically shuts off its fire, but re-ignites when the demand for heat returns.

Just fill the hopper with pellets and set the desired temperature. The P43 will do the rest except for ash removal, which will be needed after approximately one ton of pellets has been consumed.

The Smartest Pellet Stove
The P43's huge output is managed by a microprocessor that senses the room temperature and the fire temperature with tiny thermistor probes and then automatically sets the best feed rate. Installation is easier with the sophisticated control, which allows an external display unit showing live working data to be connected to a diagnostic port. The platinum combination is Harman’s Patented Feeder and Burn Pot and ESP Control, the most advanced yet.

Together, these features deliver amazing heat output no matter the varied fuel quality, ash content and moisture of the fuel you select. In other words, it improves performance, efficiency, and conserves fuel. From the quality of the newly designed door handle, to the laser-cut and etched details on the accessories, the P43 is in a class all its own.

Keeping Safety in Mind
The P43 has several safety features that automatically monitor changes in the stove’s temperature and draft. The P43 cannot overheat. If the temperature reaches a predetermined high in the exhaust, the ESP Probe will shut the feed motor down. The ESP Probe controls the exhaust temperature. For even greater safety, a pressure switch that can sense an open door or blocked flue – hence a loss of draft – will automatically stop feeding pellets and shut the unit down.
