Hastings – Service Dispatcher
Haley Comfort Systems has a Service Dispatcher position available in our Hastings location.
This person must present excellent customer service skills.
Position responsibilities include:
- Dispatch & Schedule service technicians for service calls.
- Ordering fireplace & furnace parts
- Follow up with customers on order status

Hastings – Fireplace Sales
FireSide Hearth & Home by Haley has a Retail Sales position available in our Hastings location.
This person must present excellent customer service skills, detail orientated, work efficiently and have a good understanding of the hearth industry.
Position responsibilities include:
- Selling hearth products, services and accessories
- Previewing homes of perspective buyers ensuring product application, compiling necessary products and parts to propose accurate proposals.
- Manage projects from previewing, sales, ordering products to scheduling sub-contractors.
- Maintain working knowledge of the features and benefits of all fireplaces, inserts, stoves and accessories.

Haley Comfort Systems has a Residential Service Technician position available in our Forest Lake location.
This person must present professional in-home service calls on fireplaces and HVAC.
Position responsibilities include:
- Repair and replace fireplace and HVAC components with accuracy.
- Problem Solving Skills.
- Provide preventive maintenance and present the benefits to residential homeowners.

Sales Associate and Energy Expert
Purpose and Overview: This field based sales position requires complete knowledge of all products and services available through Haley Comfort Systems variety of entities. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: selling heating and cooling products and services; hearth products, services and accessories; air purifiers; geo systems; etc. Visit residential job sites to determine suitability, application and product location.
