Hastings - HVAC Installer
Haley Comfort Systems Heating and Air Conditioning & FireSide by Haley has a Residential HVAC/Fireplace entry level Installer position available in our Hastings location.
This person must present professional in-home HVAC and Fireplaces installations.
Position responsibilities include:
*Assist with replacement of furnace, air conditioning and fireplace components with accuracy and efficiency.
*Willingness to train for Lead installer of HVAC & Fireplaces.
*New Construction knowledge a plus.
*Provide preventive maintenance and present the benefits to residential homeowners.

Hastings - Lead Service Technician
Hastings- Lead Service Technician Haley Comfort Systems is still growing and is seeking an experienced service
technician. This person must represent professional in-home service on HVAC and Fireplaces and be a mentor to fellow
Technicians and Installers.
Position responsibilities and skills include:
- Repair and replace HVAC and Fireplaces components with accuracy.
- Problem Solving Skills.
- Ability to consult with homeowners on other alternative products and services making the home safer and more energy efficient.
- Provide preventive maintenance and present the benefits to residential homeowners.
- Be diverse in electric, controls and hydronics is required.
- NATE Certification and NFI Certified (Training Available).
- Minimum of 3 years experience required.
- Customer Service, Phone, Safety, Professionalism, Attention to Detail and a Drug Screening test are required.

• Selling HVAC,
Geo and Hearth products, services and accessories.
• Previewing homes of
perspective buyers ensuring product application, compiling necessary products
and parts to propose accurate proposals.
• Manage projects
from previewing, sales, ordering products to scheduling subcontractors.

Maintain working knowledge of the features and benefits of all furnaces, air
conditioners, geo systems, fireplaces, inserts, stoves and
accessories.
Customer Service, Phone, Computer Skills and a good driving
