Haley Comfort Systems first location was opened in 1990 by brothers Tom and Joe Haley in a town of only 3,000 people. From these rural roots, Haley Comfort Systems has become Minnesota’s premier source and one stop shop for beautifully crafted fireplaces, high efficiency heating and cooling products, custom cabinetry and metalwork and has since expanded their business to four locations in Minnesota. With a combined 30,000 square feet of showroom space and over 300 custom built and designed fireplaces, Haley offers the largest and most complete fireplace showrooms in Minnesota.
Haley’s growth is due to its network of approximately 80 employees who are committed to meeting the needs of each of their customers. They are capable of handling an entire remodel project from start to finish including the design, gutting, sheet rocking, mudding, taping, finishing out and installing of a new fireplace without using outside contractors. By keeping all work in house, Haley customers can know they are always one quick phone call away from getting their questions answered.
Haley Comfort Systems is determined to remain the market leader and has added a training center used to provide up-to-date knowledge and instruction for its installers, service technicians, sales and office staff. Haley also provides a 24-hour emergency service in each of its locations and dispatch over a dozen technicians daily. In addition, Haley offers its customers piece of mind by providing a Lifetime Parts and Labor Warranty for most retail products they offer when combined with the scheduling of Haley’s annual preventative maintenance service. Haley currently offers the single most energy efficient heating and cooling system on the market – Bryant’s revolutionary Hybrid Heat System. It automatically switches between gas and electricity to save customers money. Also, Haley is the local leader in alternative energy products such as gas, wood, corn and pellet fireplaces and stoves as wells as geothermal systems that harness energy from the heat stored in the core of the earth. These products can generate an almost 60% savings in utility costs.
